Let's Party!

This past weekend I hosted a birthday party with some great friends! We had donated a themed birthday party to the FvH auction and Leigha was the special girl who got it:). 

It was kind-of an early Saturday morning setting up for everything but we got it all done in time, thankfully!

These balls were great decorations, except for the dark pink one which was evidently too heavy for the tape... it deliberately decided to fall onto the table during our lovely little lunch. Thank goodness it didn't fall on the cupcakes! :)

it gets worse before it gets better...

 Leigha chose an American Girl Doll Party which was a fun theme :). Thanks to a family friend who had little doll chairs that hooked on to the table as well as white chair covers and some decorations!

After our lunch and headbands, we played some games: Musical chairs, balloon volleyball, and the name game. They all livened up and the house filled with giggles! :)

Despite the headache that I had after it was all over, I really enjoyed hosting it! The guests were all great and seemed to be having fun, and of course everything's always better when you are doing it with friends! :) And, you know, if it sounds like something you might be interested in... :) -Faith
