After an awesome two days at Jellystone, we headed to Princeville for the weekend and spent Friday night at Grandma and Grandpa's - actually, all of us kids did, and Mom and Dad slept in the guest room at the villa. Saturday was my birthday! At 7:30 in the morning, Grandma's house was still dark and quiet until the doorbell rang. I didn't think much of it, cause I knew it was Mom and Dad, but as I briefly looked up through sleepy eyes, I saw Dad carrying a pan of cinnamon rolls, all lit up with candles! Yep, they surprised me with cinnamon rolls for my birthday!
I wasn't the only who had a birthday on Saturday. I share a birthday with my Great-grandma S, and this year she turned 90! So, we had a big celebration for her at the villa! Here are some pictures of the afternoon:

| :) Yes, this is what we found Kenan doing- he's probably hoping someone will fill the bowl with slush for him after he cleans it! |

After a long day on Monday, podding LOTS of peas, we went in to pizza to celebrate my birthday! I got a really neat sewing basket to organize all of my sewing supplies (we'll see if I can really keep them organized now :)), and apron, and some other things! Thanks to my awesome family for such a great birthday!! Love you - Faith
Ps - it wasn't until Faith was looking at the pictures on the camera later did she notice that the cinnamon rolls said 13 :) |
