One good book

Right now at the breakfast table we are reading a book. Its called Jotham's Journey. It is a good book. It gets kind of scary sometimes. But is still a good book. It is not true but it took place at the time that Jesus was born. We are using it to help us prepare our hearts for and remembering the time of Jesus' birth. The story begins when Jotham gets upset and runs away from his family. In a few days, however, he is sorry, and ready to go back to his family. But when he returns to their tents, there is no one there. He begins to search for his family. Over the course of several days, however, he keeps getting caught by a very mean man and then rescued by nice men and then captured again. He also begins to meet people who are connected with Jesus' coming birth. He is told that his uncle is going to be the earthly father of Jesus. He is very excited about that. And we are very excited to hear the next chapter each morning. Even Dad has a hard time putting it down to eat breakfast. Now, that, friends, should tell you = it is an extremely irresistible book. -Marcus
