Love in Lots of Ways

Happy Valentine's Day! Our day started out with a little extra love, which we needed when the bars came out of the oven burnt (really burnt) and the bread came out gooey. But enough of that - it's completely off topic.

Actually our few celebrations and surprises started last evening. With Mom and Dad out on a date, us kids decided to surprise Mom with some extra love :). We wrote a bunch of love notes and posted them on her mirror in the shape of a heart! She was pretty surprised when she got home.... but even more surprised when she found the flowers from dad in her bathroom! :)

This morning us kids were showered with love as Dad got up and made us heart pancakes with cherry chocolate chips, raspberries and whipped cream on top! Mom added her own love by making love notes for all of us :).

we're pretty spoiled! :)
