Beyond S'mores | A Sister's S'moregasbord

 

Last Friday, Kate and I got to host a sister's wiener roast at my house! It was really enjoyable to host together, and I had a great evening :).

 

the Stoller's so kindly brought their big chalkboard, and writing on it was a joint effort! (although it looks like I wrote the fancy calligraphy, I didn't - that credit goes to Kate! :))

After supper our project was to make gift mixes in mason jars. All of the jars turned out super cute! We made Lemon White Chocolate Cookies, Cinnamon Spice Muffins, Peppermint Hot Chocolate, Pumpkin Cranberry Bread, and Toffee Blondie Bars!

             Then, everyone got to take one home to deliver them to whoever they would like!

 

For dessert we had a S'moregasbord! We had several kinds of graham crackers, fudge striped cookies, etc, several kinds of marshmallows, a pile of candy bars, caramel dip, and starbursts :). We wrote different ideas of s'mores on the chalkboard, and otherwise let them be creative themselves!

 

it took them a while to decide what to do! :)

It was a blessed evening - for me anyway! The fire never went out, we had plenty of hotdogs, and the perfect fall evening :). Thanks to everyone for coming! -Faith
