Black Little Curls. Ruffles and Swirls. Sweet, Little Girls.

This week, we received several more pictures of sweet little girls in the dresses that we had so much fun making! My cousin Haylie made a trip to Haiti with some of her family (read more about their trip here) and was able to hand them out to some girls herself and take pictures!

Haylie happened to see this girl while they were there and snapped a picture. When I saw it later, I realized that this was a dress I had made quite a while ago and we had given to LSM. I think it is amazing that Haylie just happened to see her with this dress on!

 I had a little bit of time last week to sew these three dresses, which our Good Neighbor, Kent, took to the Dominican Republic with him!

It makes sewing little dresses sooooo worth it to be able to see pictures of girls wearing them! Thanks Haylie and Kent for taking them - maybe someday I'll be able to go on a mission trip and hand them out myself! :) But for now, I'll be content to stay in the sewing room and sew the dresses - let me know if you are going on a mission trip :) -Faith
