Good Saturday/Bad Saturday

The Saturday I am talking about is the one that Kenan was in the hospital. In case you don't know it yet Jared and I slept through the whole thing (the ambulance and rescue squad coming at 3:00) so when we woke up we didn't know. I woke up and knew it was Saturday and knowing that our Saturdays are full of work, I was in no hurry at all to get out of bed. Jared went upstairs and when he came back down told me what happened. Then we went up to breakfast. After breakfast, we did our jobs and then after lunch we went over to the neighbors to help them with their work. We were well into our work when Kent and Bethany returned with their nephew that is Kenan's age. There was two reasons that it is a good thing that he was there, I didn't feel lonesome for Kenan (I still was a little bit) and that once when he was in the way I got to give him a ride on the four wheeler (that I love to drive). Then Bethany took Faith and Brandon to a young group thing and Lily to Matt and Kim's. When she came back we had a delicious supper of meat and potatoes. After supper we lit a fire in the fireplace then read some books, except Kent who was busy sawing logs in the lazy boy. When Faith and Brandon got home we went to our house and when Dad got home we went to bed. -Marcus
