If Spinach in January, and Lettuce in April, then...

...why not tomatoes in June? That's right! Today mom had four little tomatoes for lunch! So exciting (for some of us anyway!).

We are also enjoying other delicious vegetables. This year we are harvesting BEAUTIFUL, snow white heads of cauliflower (which we have never had before), HUMONGOUS candy onions, delicious golden beets (which we quickly gobble down, and much more! (we sure would take some rain, though)
