How much do we appreciate water?

Sometimes I think we take for granted how important water is, but.... when you don't have it you realize how often you rely on water. We had company over Memorial day weekend and about 9:30 Saturday night, when people needed to take showers, brush teeth, and head to bed we realized that we had no water. This had happened a couple months before, and the remedy was digging a big hole in the front yard to fix the leak. Well, we decided to call our neighbors who were in Alabama on a little trip and asked them if could use their house! They immediately replied yes and so we headed over and brushed teeth and thinks like that. On Sunday night Mom had planned to have a bunch of company over but without water what were we going to do? We ended up having it at another family's house and everthing worked out fine, but we sure realized how important water is!-Faith
