....are gone. (Or were they ever?)
Its back to school we go. Some are more excited than others, but all feel happy to be learning at home together!
As the busy-ness of summer gives way to the busy-ness of fall, I thought I would share some thought-provoking words that were quoted on a blog I follow (www.aholyexperience.com).
"And in that moment it comes again, the words of a well-known pastor who was asked what was the most profound regret of his life. Recalling the expansive and chaotic landscape of a life of sins and wounds, he thought for a moment, then answered, 'Being in a hurry. Getting to the next thing without fully entering the thing in front of me. I cannot think of a single advantage I’ve ever gained from being in a hurry. But a thousand broken and missed things, tens of thousands, lie in the wake of all the rushing. Through all that haste, I thought I was making up time. It turns out I was throwing it away.'” -Kara
