Nothing much exciting going on here. We are all ready for the spring/summer days to arrive, and we are ready for a break in school! But when we need to cheer up a bit, Lily takes care of that. Her imagination is suddenly going crazy, she says funny things, and it always cheers us up to see what her hair looks like when she come to the table (if you think her hair is the most beautiful hair in the world, you haven't seen her enough!)Jared is also saying funny things! Here are some favorites:
-One night, while watching a play with some neighbors, we all got some candy. On the way home, Lily really wanted some but mom said no because she had already had some. She kept asking and asking. After being quiet for a few minutes, she suddenly blurted out,"My candy's going to get rotten!"
-From about the end of January to beginning of March we were having to wash all of our dishes because our dishwasher broke (many thanks to those who fixed it.)One day Jared was drying dishes. Marcus was checking over them. Marcus stated, "You dried these in your imagination!" Jared replied, "Marcus! They are dry! I dried them in my real-nation!"
-One day while mom was nursing and reading a book Jared came in. He wanted to tell her something. He put the bookmark in the book and said, "Mom can you pause it?"
-Jared was getting very frustrated with his homework and came to Mom to ask her a question. She finally ended up pointing to the exact word. Jared said, "But I already clicked on that one and you said No!" He was working with a paper and pencil, so I don't know how he clicked it!
-When Lily was staying at Grandma Leman's house she told Grandma that she was a bad baby. Grandma asked her why. She answered, "Because I never smiled on the movies!"
-Since Kenan is not talking yet we don't have anything from him. All I can say is he is growing like a weed and smiling more and more every day!- Faith
