With Christmas comes official birthday season!! Everyone except me had an extra special birthday! Kenan celebrated his tenth, Jared his sixteenth, and Marcus his eighteenth! I just turned 14 (nothing special about that!). Kenan was super bummed to be sick with the flu on his birthday - again :( , the boys took a trip to a John Deer factory (it was actually for their last year birthdays), and I went shopping with some of my good friends in Champaign! The boys got a DQ ice cream cake (plus Jared got a cherry pie) and I got a strawberry chocolate sugar-free pie. It was a great time of year just like always! :)
This is also a birthday celebration! Just a little late...
Over Christmas break, us girls had the chance to spend a wonderful day in Peoria together and Grandma could meet us so we could eat lunch together for her birthday (which was in November)! We loved it!
Grandma had a really neat little Asian restaurant for us to try and we loved it! This was our appetizer- lettuce wraps with some kind of delicious chicken mixture to put inside.
