It was hard to say good-bye to everyone when they left on Saturday morning. Eight days is a long time!
We got to go play at Ty and Nora's until Grandpa picked us up. I went to violin, we all visited Matt and Kim's and then we were free to go to Princeville! We both stayed overnight at Grandma's the first night. Then I went home with Elise after church. But we will let Kenan tell about his week first.
In the snow, Grandpa made too big of a ball for the middle of the snowman. But then we just left it how it was, kind of lop-sided.
Besides playing in the snow, I did some school with Grandma (she told my mom she doesn't think she can homeschool me... what does that mean?) and a lot of piano. We exercised too. I played checkers with Grandpa. And I made some gingerbread men.
One day I went with Grandma Blunier to U. Dustin's all day. I played with Landon. That was fun.
Saturday all the snow was gone and my cough was almost gone. Levi came and played with me. That was fun! I got to go outside as much as I wanted. I rode my bike.

I was lonesome one time. I could have stayed there a very long time. I love you, Grandma and Grandpa! -Kenan
Of course, it would be best if we had pictures of all the fun I am going to tell you about, but this time, since Mom's camera was busy in Mexico (you'll see what I shortly), you will just have to use your imagination.
Sunday: We relaxed. It snowed outside. We took a 90 minute bath! We stayed up until 10:30, and Mom will be so happy to know that is the latest we stayed up.
Monday: Kim brought her kids. We went sledding from 1-3 pm, even Kim, A. Dawn, U. Dean, and Laura. It was awesome! We came in and had hot chocolate. The bad thing about this day is that I hurt my foot while playing hide and seek.
Tuesday: We made cards and little dresses. We called Hope and played a game over the phone- that was fun!
Wednesday: We made cards and dresses all day (again).
Thursday: We played games once our math was done. We went to Elise and Noah's homeschool co-op all afternoon. We had geography and science lessons. I have to admit, I got lonesome for Mom this day. But I still had fun!
Friday: Ivory and Titus came while we were still in our pajamas. We decided to start our own nature museum, so we spent time outside looking for things to put in it.

We thought this was so exciting. But we were more surprised on Saturday. But to finish out Friday: we went to the eye doctor in the afternoon and then went shopping.
Saturday: It was a beautiful day! The snow was all gone. It felt warm when we went out around seven am. It just kept getting warmer and warmer. First we looked for more things for our museum. We saw an exciting looking hole in a tree. Noah decided to put his hand in there, which was a very brave thing to do because..... he felt something FURRY! And WARM! It was a possom!!! We saw two eyes glaring at us. THEN we saw his scat... YUCK. But it made excellent specimens for our nature museum.

It was so warm by lunchtime, we had a picnic outside!!! We filled up their whole cement pad with chalk pictures and then settled in on the porch to paint rocks. Oh yah, after we ripsticked and scootered first. It was so nice, we really wanted to swim! But we jumped on the trampoline instead.
Sunday: We slept in til 730. Then we got ready for church - I couldn't wait to see Mom and Dad!! As soon as Sunday School was over, I saw them!
It was a wonderful, wonderful week!!!! Thanks for taking such good care of me, Herrmann's! -Lily
