- At the first station, I leaned that the Native Americas cooked the sap by heating rocks in the fire and then put it in the sap to turn it in to syrup.
- At the second station, I learned that it has to be freezing through the night and above freezing during the day to get syrup.
- At the third station, I learned that Vermont produces the most syrup and on the Vermont state quarter there's a person tapping a tree.
- At Station Eat, I learned that food is good. :)
- At the fifth station, I learned the layers of the trees.
- At the sixth station, I learned how to tap a tree, and I tapped a tree myself with a little help from Conner S. and a teacher.

All About Syrup
Last week I went on a field trip. I learned a lot of things about maple trees and syrup. So now I will tell you one thing I learned from each station. We had six stations. Each class at the stations were maybe about ten to fifteen minutes long.
