Four Score and More

For November's home school night, we had a presentation night. There was four presentations in all. One family did Paul Revere's Midnight Ride (revolutionary war era), we did the Gettysburg Address/Battle Hymn of the Republic (civil war era), next was Laura Ingall's Long Winter (pioneer era) and finally, the first landing on the moon (1960's). They were all good but I can't decide which one was best. Dad says that we did the best (dads have to say that) but we don't believe him. Afterwards we had a big snack. Then we went home. Since we did not have anybody to be our "family" we called over to the neighbors and took them. -Marcus

(a little note of explanation: we have been attempting to get these video clips posted for the past month now, I believe! We were finally successful today. So, a little behind the times, but still a good memory of an evening well spent and jobs well done! FYI, I clipped out much of Faith's Gettysburg address portion for ease of uploading)
