A few weeks ago we went to Fugate Woods (a little woods just outside of Fairbury) with Jodi and her kids. We went on a nature walk, and then had a picnic lunch. We found lots of interesting things on our nature walk! We found a bright orange mushroom, a honey locust tree with a bunch of thorns, and much more. It was a lot of fun!
A couple weeks ago, Marcus, Jared and I attended a Praire Adventure field trip at a praire in Mahomet. We had a little tour of the priare, and the we had a picnic lunch. After lunch, they gave us two presentations. One was on animals that used to live on prairies, and the other one was on plants! It was very interesting!
hey! I know that place (the one in Mahomet). :) You were in my hometown - like 5 minutes from my parents' house.
