Applesauce

We did applesauce yesterday. We woke up at 4 am. It was fun. I washed the apples and carried them over to Dad and Marcus, who were cutting them. Faith, Lily, and Kenan stayed in bed. We were amazed that they were still sleeping from all the noise we were making. Dad left for work at regular time and we were almost done with the applesauce. It made 70 quarts of applesauce. We started school right at regular time!
